Yarrrrrrrr matey.I was so glad to see this becuase it was hot and I was thirsty and I was out of energy so this came in handy.Taste-Green tea with the perfect amount of sweetness,it could just be the best green tea Ive ever had,but there using some bad sweeteners like HFCS and crystalline fructose.

Buzz-50% RDA niacin,vit.B12.120% vit.B6 and 40% vit.B2.so maybe this wont do you good on energy but it is 88 cents.
