Taste-This is a drink made by twinlab and its sold to nutrition stores and pretty much and store that sells workout goods. It has a medicine taste that's easy to ignore but hard to enjoy. This is defiantly no fruit punch like you had when you were a kid, because when you get older everything has to be gross, sugar free and cant have flavor.

Buzz-365 mgs gaurana, caffeine, taurine, ginseng, eleutherococcus root, green tea and ginko biloba. Plus 100% of your b vitamins and c. Eleutherococcus (say that ten times fast) is a new one. Lets do some research huh? I see its just the fancy word for Siberian ginseng which is the ginseng berry from Asia. Well these are defiantly the ingredients for a good energy drink, but like I often say there should be more of them.
