Nitrous Monster: Killer-B review by Nick

Nitrous Oxide + Monster, hmmm. This can is a 12 ouncer (2 bad) with a resealable cap (I'm glad they did that). The Killer-B design has Crazy Honeycombs contrasting with the black classic Monster slash. Now, I was warned by the cashier to have something nearby to wash this down. I'm pretty scared...her goes...

Taste - Well, the cashier was wrong. This drink does tastes weird but its not bad in the least. It tastes exactly like honey and citrus. And the nitrous oxide gives it that delicious foamyness. It tastes similar to wine (of some sort). This drink tastes pretty damn unique and as i continue to drink it, it seems to get better. Yum :p

Buzz - Wow, Monster continues to amaze me. The blend from this 12oz can is as powerful as a regular 16oz. Monster. This is probably why they put this a smaller can. Just think of the kick you'd get from drinking a couple of these bad boys.

Nitrous Monster: Anti Gravity review by Nick

So, I've finally chosen to write another review. I wonder who's ass Monster pulled this idea from, actual Nitrous Oxide + Monster. This can is a 12 ouncer (2 bad) with a resealable cap (I'm glad they did that). I really like the Anti Gravity can design, the orange fire circles contrasting with the black classic Monster slash makes this drink look really appealing.

Taste - Anti Gravity has a Orange/Mango taste. But, WTF does Nitrous taste like? Well, it really doesn't taste like much. It adds more to the texture than the actual taste; It causes the drink to become foamy, giving it a foam head. And unlike most foam heads, this stuff tastes good. I was dissapointed to find this very similar to all the other energy/juice drinks, khaos for example. But that doesn't mean that your taste buds won't be singing.

Freek: Maniac - Torrid Tropical Fruits review by Nick

This is the only Freek drink with a different face on the cover. I guess this is supposed to be a really crazy guy because this drink has xtra energy.

Taste - This one tastes very similar to the other maniac...because they are one and the same. It's like Mountain Dew + Sprite with a more sour/sweet taste to it and has a bit of a grapefruit taste (a lot like Brawndo). And its got that same crazy radioactive yellow/green color to it.
RATING - 7.5/10

Buzz - Ok, you have to kinda laugh here because they say that this drink has xtra energy and it does...but it only has 2mg of xtra caffeine, oh i almost forgot the added 4mg of ginseng; that must be a joke. Still an ok blend, per 8oz serving it has: 1016mg taurine, 102mg caffeine, 101mg inositol, 72mg vitamin C, 2mg vitamin B6, and 6mcg vitamin B12.

Blue Storm Energy Drink review by Nick

I like the cover of this drink...but it's just a Red Bull Clone. And they even say "Unleash Yourself!" in Spanish, "Lachez Vous!"

Taste - For some reason this one caught me by surprise, maybe it was the blue colors. I should have known it was because it has one of those small triangular drinking hole (idk wut else to call that). They do this because the smaller the hole, the less you can drink per sip. This way you think that your drinking a lot more than you actually are, sneaky huh. Ok back to the taste, it is like red bull except with some of the flavor you get from Monster Lo-Carb, don't ask me why, it just does.
RATING - 6/10

Buzz - Well, not too mush of a buzz here. Maybe if they made a 160z can but, your not gunna get much from this can.

Sun Tzu Energy Drink review by Nick

Sun Tzu is pronounced Soon-zuh, just to clear that up. Sun Tzu was a Chinese military commander around 500BC. He wrote a book called "The Art of War" and there is version made entirely of bamboo. Will this drink drink teach us the secrets of war?

Taste - I was deeply saddened to find that this was a Red Bull clone. It sometimes has a tart flavor to it. It seems to be a little sweeter than Red Bull and dries your mouth out quite good. Don't drink this if your thirsty, it'll just dehydrate you.
RATING - 5/10

Buzz - Maybe the art of war is to conserve energy? This blend is a bit weak, it doesn't list the amounts of the blend. Since this drink didn't give me much energy, I'd have to say that's it's definitlybelow average.

This freek is a maniac. A Goth's dream energy drink. The can is all black (with gray camo), it has a freak with a freaky earring called the Freekman on the cover, and it's called "Evil Energy." What more could a goth want?

A nice psuedo-juice energy drink. Even though they call it Squeeze, it contains absolutely no fruit juice.

Taste - I think it may be called Squeeze because it has that same strong grapefruit taste of Squirt. It tastes like squirt along with a few other fruit flavors (like orange and lime). It makes your mouth pretty sticky. I would've expected better from Socko.
RATING - 6/10

Buzz - Socko puts in some less used ingredients like: 30mg damina extract, 25mg yerba mate extract, and 54mg horny goat weed. Definitely above average.

Another famous FRS. FRS supports LiveStrong. When something gets too healthy, it's usually not too great and this is no exception.

Taste - This tastes like really thick orange juice. I really do not like the texture of this drink, it can easily be compared to a snot soup. But hey, it is healthy.

Chinese Rocket Fuel Energy Drink review by Nick

Why would american drinks like Ol' Glory be made in china but "Chinese Rocket Fuel" is made right here in Florida?! Anyway, this drink has a neat oz counter on the side, so you know how many more oz till "Blast 0ff!"

Taste - This one tastes very strange. It is like a red bull clone but has that sweet candy flavor. Sometimes you get bit of a bitter taste. And most of the flavor tasted is in the back of the mouth and throat. Really Unique flavor here.

Buzz - Caution: This drink has "2 Times The Energy!" of half of this drink!!!!! It doesn't list the amounts of the ingredients. I'm not sure what schizandra does but it couldn't do that much because I've never seen it in other drinks. Your lookin' at a below average buzz here...and i was expecting to "Blast Off!"

Socko makes a ton of drinks but this is the original and it is damn good.

Taste - This one tastes like Ace (which is similar to Red Bull + Monster) with that sweet Smarties flavor. This also has a bit of the gummy bear flavor that full throttle has. A nice flavor, I really wish they sold these nearby.

Usually healthy drink don't taste good but this one looks great. The nice bright green is really appealing and lemon lime is always great, right? And how could a drink supported by LiveStrong be bad?

Taste - This is not the lemon lime flavor you get from 7up. This is the lemon lime flavor you get from snot. Not only does this drink look like snot, it has small chunks of stuff inside (this isn't pulp). So it feels like it has actual boogers in it, like snot soup. And if you spit it out, it looks like radioactive barf (this part is actually kinda cool).

Battery Energy Drink review by Nick

I was pretty surprised when I saw that this drink is partner of the AT&T Williams Formula One Team. I guess nowadays people not only need an energy drink to drive a 1000hp piece of metal but also to talk on the phone.

Taste - This is quite possibly the worst Red Bull clone I've ever had. I makes your mouth incredibly sticky and the flavor has an unpleasant sharpness to it. I actually had a hard time finishing off this little 11.2oz can.
RATING - 2/10

Buzz - Now batteries should have good energy, right? I mean it's a battery...Well it kinda does. This 'battery' has: 1326mg of taurine, 106mg of caffeine, 297% daily value of B6, 55% daily value of B12, and 132% daily value of Niacin. This is blend seems kinda strong but you have to remember that this is a 11.2 oz can.

This is kinda strange because this is supposed to be some hardcore drink sponsored e the UFC but in actuality, it's just some healthy drink...kinda. Anyway, this drink is great all the same.

Taste - This has got a wild berry-like flavor to it. It has that same unique xenergy taste to it, which is hard to describe. It is almost as thin as water, this gives it the feel of flavored water. Pretty tasty!

Buzz - This is a good blend, and since the UFC endorses them, I'm not surprised. This drink definitely does increase your focus and vitality. If you're gunna pick a fight, pick up an xenergy.

It says that it has 100% juice but, they call it energy juice, so i guess the can is filled with 100% energy juice (hmmm that's interesting, I never knew that guarana, and taurine were made of juice). This taste is a combo of: apple, orange, tangerine, acai, elderberry, and guava juice concentrates. Ahhhh, nice juicy flavor.

Well this drink is known as one of the most beastly energy drinks. Besides energy shots, this drink has the most caffeine per once of liquid. This truly is an "Extreme Energy Supplement."

Taste - This drink has a good taste. It is somewhat like red bull but sometimes the flavor is a bit weak. Its hard to describe but it's good.
RATING - 7.5/10

Buzz - 344mg of caffeine may seem impressive but lets break it down. 6oz of standard coffee contains 100mg of caffeine. So 16oz of coffee would have 267mg of caffeine. So this drink is just a bit more powerful than regular coffee! This drink is not really as powerful as it seems. Another thing that pisses me off is that this drink states that it has guarana and caffeine. Now, the active ingredient in guarana IS caffeine. The states both so that it looks more powerful. But, despite my smackdown of this drink, it still is a caffeinated beast. And if your lookin' for caffeine gitters, this is your drink.

This has got to be the coolest name ever. I mean every time you think of energy drinks, you think of blue jeans, right? Another cool thing is that this drink comes from the Netherlands.

Taste - This one is NOT a red bull clone. It has a nice faint fruity flavor, kind like flavored water but much better due to the carbonation. Still, this is not the best tasting drink.
RATING - 6/10

Buzz - This blend is laughable. It has 37.5mg of cafffeine, that's equivalent to about one sip of traditional coffee! AND only 7mg of taurine, that's gotta be a joke. But, I gotta give them some credit because they talk about what each of their ingreidents does, this is somthing i've never seen on an energy drink before.
